In the personal level she has a heart of gold. While doing all that my family and I got Covid she when beyond of what her job duties are. She brought us food for my family and I. When I was out of the hospital she got me lovely flowers. After doing all this I ask for her advice a couple of times. She always answers to my random question about buying another property or taking equerry from the property. I would trust her with any paper work and any process of buy a house or refinancing.
